He offers a wide spectrum of treatment ranging from knee joint preservation to knee replacement. He is very keen on preserving the knee joint and if a patients fulfils the criteria (Unicompartmental arthritis patients who are keen to continue sporting activities / physical activities), he offers them joint preservation surgeries such as High tibial osteotomy and distal femoral osteotomy.He is one amongst the UK knee surgeons who has undertaken a Knee Osteotomy fellowship.

When patients present with end stage arthritis, he offers them Uni compartmental Knee replacement, Avon patellofemoral joint replacement or Total Knee replacement depending on the arthritis
